IZABELA PELSZYNSKA

Joining Bristol Protective Services as partner, Izabela Pelszynska came with over 8 years of professional management experience in North America with emphasis on; sales, marketing, account management, customer service and most importantly, business growth. Izabela have had the opportunity to gain experience in various industries which include Security Officers, Security Solutions and Consumer Retail. She earned her B.S in Business from The Pennsylvania State University and M.B.A from Wilkes University. Izabela’s approach to business is consultative and personable, placing attention on getting to know and understand clients and intricacies of their security business needs on a daily basis. Izabela enjoys the challenge of research and uncovering key information that will aid her efforts both in sales and operations cycle. She has a passion for business development and healthy growth, always looking for new and innovative ways with endless security resources to assist current clients, get the attention of potential clients and set Bristol Protective Services apart from the competition. She wears the Bristol Protective Services logo and shares its mission statement proudly with high integrity. She dedicates herself to Clients, spends her time volunteering in ASIS Organization, and supports local communities, security industry events, law enforcement associations and the rest of Bristol Protective Services Team.

 

PAUL PELSZYNSKI

PAUL PELSZYNSKI

Paul Pelszynski is a partner of Bristol Protective Services. He is highly experienced Security Professional, with over 14 years hands on experience, who has demonstrated solid background in strategic planning, leadership and management functions of the organization on all levels.
Paul oversee and directs all operational, financial and administrative functions of a successful running office; including payroll accuracy, billing, accounts receivables, recruiting and scheduling. He is responsible for training and supervision of the entire manager staff of the organization to ensure contract security officers perform required duties as assign at all times. Drafted and updated site specific post orders to be performed during employee training and assuring successful security operations for each account. Directly assisted management operations and accounts startup of all new sites, ranging from variety industries; schools, gated communities, corporate sites, residential, warehouses, events, executive protection, retail, just to name a few. He conducts quality assurance meetings with each client on quarterly and bi-weekly basis to ensure site officers and management staff satisfies contract’s requirements. Paul also performs periodic assessments, contract specific facility; in order to advise clients on security deficiencies and recommend solutions to assure continue customer satisfaction.

 

JOHN GILBURN

JOHN GILBURN

John F Gilburn Jr. is a partner of Bristol Protective Services. Prior to joining Bristol Protective Services he was employed by the Port Authority Police Department of NY and NJ, from 1980 to 2007, holding the rank of Lieutenant at his retirement in 2007. As Police Lieutenant John managed tour operations at all Port Authority facilities: World Trade Center, NY and NJ Marine Terminals, JFK International Airport, Newark Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, George Washington Bridge, Bus Terminal, PATH and the Staten Island Bridges. He represented Port Authority to the NY City and NJ State Offices of Emergency Management. John was the Operations Lieutenant to 2004 Republican National Convention. He is a Certified SORA instructor by the State of New Jersey. His professional affiliations include, American Society for Industrial Security, New Jersey College and University Public Safety Association, New Jersey Hospital Association.
